I work for an NGO and there has been considerable delay in filing the quarterly filing returns in the previous financial year. Now notices have come to pay late filing fees.
Is there any way that we can get exemption. The CBDT's website carries an official communication dated 6th March 2014 that the exemption to pay fees for the delay is for Government Deductors.
Can some body clearly suggest a solution? Thanks
