Delay in submission by postal dept. to deliver exam signed f

Hey Friends,

I submitted my Examination signed form for May '14 exams on 26/02/2014 with the last being 28/02/2014(without late fees) for being reached to delhi office, but due to the delay by postal dept. the exam form reached delhi office on 07/03/2014. What can i do to get my attempt? Can the late fees do the job? Please help me out
