Dear Friends,
Pl. guide me regarding the following situation
I had filed Incorporation documents & paid the Registration fees vide SRN _________, for the incorporation of the " AB Ltd ".
However after going through the documents & Form No. 1, 18 & 32, by the ROC Mumbai, i was informed to resubmit the Form No. 1 after making some correction in the MOA within the specified date, but i could not resubmit the same within the specified date due to certain reasons
Now i want to know what remedy to available to us so that same can be resubmitted.
kindly guide me as early as possible.
