Definition of rent for hra benefit

Hi,

For computation of rent which is composed of different things (premises hiring charges + furniture hiring charges + other service charges (parking, etc.)), is the entire amount taken as rent or only the first part (premises hiring charges) taken as rent?

For example if premises hiring charges are Rs. 100, furniture hiring charges are Rs. 50 and Service charges are Rs. 25 then is the net rent Rs. 175 or Rs. 100?
