I was working with an MNC. I was also given additional responcibility of Director and Company secretary in group company.
Suddenly the promoters filed insolvancy in Uk and deserted the India operation. Therefore there is default in filing of accounts and annual return in all companies of the group in india.
I am in the defaulters list as Director as well as secretary,
As Director ( default in filing for three year)
As Secretary ( default in filing for one year)
Will I be able to take another employment / Practice as secretary and do the filing in respect of new company using my digital signature.
