I AM LITTLE BIT CONFUSED REGARDING THESE FOLLOWING DEDUCTION........ARE THEY INCLUDE IN PE-2 / PCC / IPCC SYLLABUS.....??????????
SEC. 80JJAA---------->Deduction in respect of employment of new workmen
SEC. 80LA------------->Deduction in respect of certain incomes of off-shore banking units & IFSC.
SEC. 80P------------->Deduction in respect of income of co-opeartive socities.
plz.................reply for the above as soon as possible...
even if they will not be asked in exams, you are required to have basic knowledge about these deductions, as they are part of DEDUCTIONS u/s 80C-80U and may be asked any time by ICAI.
may be asked as a theory question...there wont be any problem based on it... i guess ...

This Deductions are included in are syllabus chances of dem being asked in xams r qite rare but u never knw wat institute can do so u shud knw the basic concepts of all these deductions
