I spent 45000 for my wifes treatmernt towards pregnancy. Can I claim deduction under 80DDB. for this Financial Year 16-17. I spent the money in this FY.

No you can not claim deduction u/s 80DDB. Section 80DDB deduction is available only for specified diseases.
is there anyway to claim the medical bills dedcution while filing returns
Expenditure on preventive health checkup upto Rs.5000 can be claimed as deduction u/s 80D
