Deduction under 10E

Salaried persons, who opted New Regime (u/s 115 BAC) for the first time this Assessment year didn't get the relief u/s 89(1) , Form 10E, is that exemption disallowed as there is scheme change

To claim relief u/s 89, you must submit Form 10E online on the Income Tax Website before filing the Return of Income. Your salary slips serve as proof of receipt of arrears therefore should be kept safely. The relief u/s. 89(1) of the act, is allowed even under new tax regime.

Many have faced this issue even submitting 10E before filing portal has not given relief....it is portal glitch
