Deduction u/s 80JJAA

To claim deduction u/s 80JJAA, the employees must have employed atleast for a period of 300 days. What does it means?

Does it means that deduction can be allowed only to those employees who have joined before 4th june 2010 to claim deduction in 2011.

Plz explain..........

Yes..The employee must be employed before 4th June of the relevent previous year..If not than how shall the criteria of 300 days be fulfilled.
