Deduction u/s 80 ee

1. The loan must be sanctioned between 1.4.2013 to 31.3.2014.

2. The amount of loan sanctioned must not exceed 25 lakh.

3. The value of house property does not exceed 40 lakh.

4. The assesse does not own any residential house property on the date of sacntion.

 all the condions need to be fulfilled for claiming addittional deduction.

First 2 conditions not fulfilled in ur case, so won't be eligible for addittional deduction.
