Deduction u/s 24B

If house is bought by husband but registered in the name of wife. Husband repays the loan, then is he eligible to take the deduction u/s 24B?

no for claiming deduction u/ s 24 sale deed and loan should be in the name of husband.

but he is coapplicant in the property

if husband is a joint owners in a property and loan is in the name of husband than he can take the benefit of interest u/s 24b
