If
-I take health insurance for me (not being senior citizen) and
- I take health insurance for my mother not being senior citizen and also i take health insurance for my father( being senior citizen)
then how much deduction I will be allowed under section 80D in total??

for your family(you, spouse, child) -25000( as no one is senior citizen or amount of premium paid which ever is less and for your parents whether dependent or not 50,000 (as your father is senior citizen) or amount paid which ever is less. the maximum deduction you can claim is 75000[25000+50000]
Maximum 25000 for you, your spouse and your children.
and Again Maximum 25000 for your parents
