I am a senior citizen , I have problem how to show deduction150000 and 50000 exemption against fixed deposit
both while filing ITR. What possible mistake I am committing or it is not allowed.
If your fixed deposit is 5 years tax saver FD, eligible for 80C deduction, then apply 80C deduction. Otherwise it may not be eligible for the deduction.
