Deduction against payroll
How much dwsuction can be claimed against the employee payroll in a proprietory account. I have just opened an IT firm and my estimated turnover for this year would be around 12 lakh out of which 6 lak would be distributed among employees as salary. Under which section can I claim deduction against employee payroll?

Salary paid to employees is a deduction that can be claim fully by the company in their P&L Account.
