Dear All,

Please share the Declaration format for non deduction of TDS for software sale u/s 194J. My company is dealing with distribution of Software and I need to submit the declaration.

As per my view "No more Declaration for Deducting TDS for the Supply Exceeds** it's limit"....

“Declaration in terms of CBDT Notification (Income Tax) No. 21/2012 dated 13.6.2012:

‘The transaction represented in this Invoice is a resale of Software without any modification, and tax has been deducted previously under Sec. 194J/195. Our PAN number is XYZ”.
