Please suggest we sold some Goods to govt. agency FY 2021-22 Rs.123459/-
agency released the cheque Rs.119000/-- rest amount short from agency and yet not received. so can we adjust with Capital account or show under bed debit profit and loss account

Please check penalty on delay delivery or TDS deduction
