example credit note tax of Rs.1000 and debit note tax of rs.100, net value should be shown of rs.900 but system showing Rs.1100.

Are received Debit Note from Your Supplier....?

Are You issued Credit Note to Your Customers...?

yes. issued debit and credit notes for diffrent customers.
Your query not understandable
I have uploaded debit notes and credit notes together GSTR1.tax on credit notes are receivable. ie input tax, taxes on debit notes are paybles like outward sales. system should be shown net off debit and credit note taxes.

but system showing all are as input taxes.

example: tax on debit notes of Rs.1000. ie. paybles. credit notes of Rs.5000 it is as input tax.

now system should be shown of 5000-1000= 4000 as input tax credit. but system showing of Rs.5000+1000=6000

can you clarify whether it is correct or not.
till March system showing net off taxes.
Where you from get credit note and Debit note? Why?
debit notes are issued towards differential invoice prices. credit notes issued towards discounts given to customers.
If You mean.,
Credit note issued to Your customers then You ll less Your sales values in GSTR 3B.
Also show the Credit note details in GSTR 1 return under "Credit Note" column...

If You are issued Debit note to Your supplier then You can't show the details in Your GSTR 1 return....
You give Debit note and Supplier received the Debit note as his credit note and He will show his GSTR 1...
