If I do not transfer a debenture but assign the rights therein, can I still claim my rights as a holder? Pls explain.

Dear till you have not transfered the Debenture, all the right as holder of the debenture you can claim such as interest received or principal. But in case you are the debtor of that person and asign the right to recover his money from debenture by written agreement than you can not claim any right till his money is fully recovered.
