Debenture Trustee
Whether Debenture trustee required to be appointed is a natural person or only a Body corporate.

Individual can't be appointed as Debenture trustee... only scheduled bank carrying commercial business, insurance company ,PFIs or body corporate at last they shall be registered with SEBI to act as debenture trustee
Thanks for the reply. I read it but if you see chapter iv Rule 18, where it is mentioned who can't be a Debenture Trustee..if you read it will get confused because points are related to a natural person. Hope someone will through light.
