Death of assesse

I have any one specific question my dear Chartered Accountants,


for example if the assesse are passed away due to health reason, he is a proper income tax return filing person... due to health issues he passed away means in this above case what to do whether that person return should be filed or not for taken and this assessment year tax income tax period

what will be the solution if an Assesse is passed away while filing period of returns

If his aggregate income exceeds basic exemption limit, then his legal heir need to file return on his behalf.
