In this assessee passes away. Now who will file the ITR of the assessee and how can this ITR be Signed.

Copy of Death Certificate
Copy of PAN card of the deceased
Self attested PAN card copy
Legal Heir Certificate
Affidavit in presence of a Notary Public
after this login to assesse s legal heir supose his wife then login to wife s pan card and register as legal heir in option
