after death of assesse his legal heir can file itr return . to file return ask ur assessee s legeal heir to proved document as blow
Copy of Death Certificate
Copy of PAN card of the deceased
Self attested PAN card copy
Legal Heir Certificate
Affidavit in presence of a Notary Public
after this login to assesse s legal heir supose his wife then login to wife s pan card and register as legal heir in option
