dealer invoice format

reg RG23D sl no and page no ............ a single parent invoice is split in multiple dealer invoices, and one can not co relate the same at assessment stage, in between the gap few items of parent invoice are sold without dealers excise invoice but in direct commercial invoice as the buyer is not registered with excise. 

if RG23D sl and page is not maintained, then how the dealer can co-relate his issued invoices with the parent invoices? so its the procedure to simplify the dealer work load.

Thank you very much for your reply.  But, is it mentioned in the rule to put the serial no in the sale invoice?

rules are one liner, but when the format of invoice is prescribed by the department , all the columns are mandatory to fill up , unless otherwise exempted by any trade circular.

Provide me the Dealer Invoice format its urgent 

suppose A is registered manufacturer & he sold the goods to dealer B & dealer sale the goods to 2nd stage dealer than he required to passed on the excise duty  when 2nd stage dealer sale the goods to customer & manufacturer also.

can anyone send dealer excise invoice format and RE23D excise register in excel format
