Assess has paid the TDS by cheq on 16-09-2012 for outstanding Liability as on 31-03-2012 which was cleared (realisation date) on 19-09-2012.So in TAX AUDIT Report , which the date of payment of TDS should be reported.

Date of payment is 16/09/2012
Since the cheque is realised, date of payment will be 16/09/2012..
