date of past return filling in Tran-1 is original or revised date

I have file the original service tax return for April to June,2017 with in due date and after I have file revised return on 30/08/2017,so I have confused that while filling of Tran-1 in GST, which date to be mentioned
for filling of service tax return is original date or revised date,kindly suggest ???????
