My date of completion of articleship as per form 103 is 30th Sept 2014
but if calculate on 1st May it will extend till 15th oct 2014. which makes me eligible for MAY 2014 attempt.
but the query is in exam form annexure certificate of service what date of articleship is to be filled 30th sept or 15th oct and there it is written as per deed??? Please reply urgently

Nikita, even if we assume 15 October, you still are able to complete 2.5 months as on 1 May 2014. So you are eligible for May 14..in certificate, you can write 15 October 2014. you shall remain eligible as long as you complete before 31 October 2014

because in exam form it is clearly mentioned that due for completion (as per deed of articles).
You just need to mention the due date for completion as per the Articleship Identity card Issued by ICAI.

please note that the eligibility is subject to excess leave period. If the excess leave results in shifting completion date after 31 October 2014, the attempt shall also get postponed. please refer the eligibility requirements. For eg:
"he candidate must be in service as on 01-05-2014 and serving the last six months of training including excess leave. If any, and due to complete 3 years on or before 31-10-2014. "
