Dear All,

When you submit the Form for Registration of Students for Training (Form T-2) with ICWAI office with Demand Draft of Rs.1000 do they provide any kind of acknowledgement regarding the same or does any kind of confirmation letter is sent to student that the same has been received by the Kolkata head office ?

no, even I had not recd, I think.. you are asking this, as you are supposed to attachT2 for claiming exemption, even I had the same prob.. as I had a copy of DD, I just filled a new T2 form and written duplicate ..on it... they accepted it.., further if you want to be safe, just fill a new form, and take attestation from chapter office, they may sure accept it..

My biggest mistake is that I did not took the xerox of the Demand Draft before submitting it. Now I am very badly stuck. Don't even have the Demand Draft number.

I know, but no problem, if you got regn no. means, you have submitted DD, so talk to chapter offices, and take their attestation on T2 form, and mention, that DD's copy and no. are not available... No need to worry...

what are the ''documents for deployment of trainee'' for cwa training with an organisation... is there any specified format for this.. and plz help me regarding other formalities to be completed. Thanx...:)

Dear Sanjana,

If you contact ICWAI office then every single person will tell you a new thing.. I've been trying to submit the documents for last 1.5 months and every time something new came up to my knowledge.

But yesterday I cam to know that u need:-

1) Form T3

2) Experience Letter which mentions your salary drawn in you don't have salary slip.

3) Demand Draft of Rs.2000.

4) T2 Form submission details which is not provided to us by the institute but they are still asking for it so if you have the Demand Draft details by which you made the payment you can mention it in the new form and take attestation from the institute.

What documents are to be submitted to claim the exemption?

The following Documents should be sent to Delhi Office within 45 days from the date of registration to claim the exemption:

(i) Application in Form T3 for claiming exemption from practical training.

(ii) Attested copy of the Experience Certificate (if more than one employer, attach all the certificates from respective employers). Experience Certificate(s) should clearly mention the areas where student was/is working;

(iii) Demand Draft of Rs. 2000/- towards exemption;

(iv) Attested copy of Form T2 duly verified by the respective Regional Council/ Chapter mentioning receipt of requisite Training Registration Fee from the student claiming exemption.
