We have made payment to custom on 11-1-2016. and challan copy is missing and we are having the details of payment like challan number document number and date. Can we get the copy of the challan?

Step to get copy challan :
1) Open link : https://www.icegate.gov.in/epayment/locationAction.action;jsessionid=F8D09BE4194EE195B22512816A53BE44
2) Give IEC Code, port name, captcha and submit
3) click on print transation receipt and enter period for which you want copy of challan
4) click on view against respective challan no. which copy you want
you will finally get the copy of challan
