Market Price of Share is Totaly Dependent on market Inforamtion about Company and related Issues if there is a Favorable information about company and related issue demand of Shares increased and as we know the law of Demand that when demand increased the price of respective goods goes up and unfavorable information effects in same way. so Shares Value depend on Market information which effect the Demand and Supply of the Share
