you should clearly ask the bank what they really want. generally they ask for an affidavit that you dont have any other current account for that business.

AGREE WITH ASHISH...................

Partnership deed and Pan No. of firm is quite comman, why Certificate from C.A. is required ?

well they are asking for a shop and establishment certificate but as I am running a my part time business from home, so I dont want to get the certificate for my home as it might lead to many issues. so they said get in written from a CA that u r running a business.

The bank is IDBI...

you should ask the exact wordings to be wriiten from the bank and then get that certifed from a CA

They need to get confirmed about ur business......

like you have to be authorised as a technocrat(person technically capable and choosing self employment) and you can even get registered under your respective state industrial department but

as from your earlier post i guess the second option to get authorised by a ca they've given you is better...

i hope my reply gives you some idea regards what you've to proceed.

As ur stating its ur partnership firm ur partnership agreement is a conclusive evidence for the existence of ur business and if u have any VAT registration or service tax registration that is sufficient i believe

I do not have a VAT registration but I have a PAN card issued in name of my FIRM.
