CTP reg

Dear Sir,

1. Whether Principal Place of Business will be mentioned in Registration Certificate which was issued to Casual Taxable Person?.

2.How the business entity ( Registered under the regular scheme) shall come to know that this supplier is Casual Taxable Person or not, at the first time of business dealings?( if that CTP does not inform)

3.However without knowing the expiry date of certificate of registration, a company purchased. the taxable supply of goods from Casual Taxable Person, is there any legal consequences either to the company or CTP?.

4. Kindly clarify.

Thank you.

With regards,

R. Marimuthu.
