lets assume i got a purchase order from a US client but i dont have the material to export so i procured goods from a third party on a condition that the goods need to handover to me and i will be exporting the goods to US.so in this case what are the documents i need to issue to the thirdparty for procurement and also in return with the goods what all documents the thirdparty will be giving to me and finally what document i need to make at the time of export? please reply

If the product you procure excisable goods or not. If it is excisable goods, either you can procure under CT-1 procedure or with the cover of bond of the Mnaufactuer. Documents for excisable goods are : Invoice(export Invoice), Packing list, ARE-1 and excise invoice of the manufacturer. If the goods are not excisable, then only commerical inovice with Packing list serve the purpose.
