After due date Rs 5000 penalty is there . Mvat return we are filing . I want to ask whether CST return also I will have to file or not ? In our case in sales and purchases are NIL both within and outside maharashtra.
If I will have to file cst return also then in that case also I will have to Rs 5000 penalty separetely for cst return

Although you have no interstate transactions you have to upload nil CST returns every month along with VAT returns......mjk
