There is no need for issuing "c" form because "c" form is issued by the dealer covered under  CST ACT.

'c' form is used in case of registered dealer and it is used when u r registered under cst act. therefore for personal consumption no need to issue c form.

No ,u can't issue C form in this case.

Sir,

I purchased computers from other state for my personnel use & not for sale. But supplier wants C form  how can I issue C form.

Pls.advice

Dear sir

The party from where you purchased would have billed you by 2% cst hence that is why he must be asking for c form .Otherwise he will have to charge the local vat rate for computer then you will not have to send any c form in such case.
