Pls let me know whether the CST rate applicable in FY 2007-08 is 10% & 3%. Is there is any change in rate , if the product is software.

cst is 2% now wef 1 april
wef from 01.04.08 it is 2 % if against C or D forms.
cst rates will be @ 2% against c form w.e.f. financial year 2008-2009 i.e. 1st of April 2008
