Kindly tell me new CST Rate is applicable on Central Sales from 1-4-2008

It will be 2% w.e.f. 01-06-2008. Notification will be available very soon.

go to www.pib there the press release of govt of india menu click on the choice cst reduced to 2% and take a printout. this seems to be genuine information which we can rely on. 

I want to know that what rate of CST will be applicable in case of registered Dealer

when will be issue the notification of CST @ 2% against form "C"?

or When should we charge CST @ 2% against form "C"?
