Usually c form is issued for goods purchased which are used to produce or process the taxable goods.Hence in your it is not possible to avail the tax benefit.

you know for self consumption you can not issue c form.
it is not necessary to get registered if anyone is only purchasing goods for self consumption and because you are not registered, you cannot issue 'c' form and so you have to pay full amount of tax. 'c' form can only be issued agst the material which is used in manufacture or is held for resale.
that makes sense.. why would registration be necessary.. the final consumer is you so you do not need to register..

Yes, you can issue C form, but before making purchases, please ensure that the class of such goods are included in your RC.
