Dear Pravin,
If goods bought from outside India and custom duty is paid then its an Import...
You have to add sales tax while selling it to local market.

Form-C has to be issued for transactions covering one quarter. The same has to be filed with the commercial taxes authorities (by the sellers) within three months from the end of quarter.
