suppose u registration  documents have some  mismatch then department will show   cancelled status on tisys and local vat website pls check it  u registration documents papers submitted to sales tax dept properly

We are doing construction business, I may  purchased materials from out of state agnst 'C' Condition, May I provide C form to my suppliers, 

Yes you have to Provide C form, if purchasing agst C form (i.e. @ 2%)
