Whether donation of cleaning equipments to Municipal Corporation will qualify as CSR expenditure under Companies Act, 2013?

YES, IT SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER 1ST POINT OF CSR ACTIVITIES AS MENTIONED UNDER SCHEDULE VII of the Companies Act 2013 , Sanitation and contribution under swach Bharat kosh as set up by centeral Government shall be included.
