If a public co has :

180 Crs of accumulated profits as reserve
Paid up share capital - Rs 918 Crs
Unabsorbed loss - Rs 9.8 Crs ( Current yr )
Didn't pay dividend for 4yrs previous years.

What will be the minimum amt required to be spent by the co for CSR activities ?

2.5% of average net profit for previous three years
How to Calculate minimum requirement amt spent for CSR Activities? Can you elaborate
If your turnover or Net worth or Net Profit as per Sec.198 is breaching threshold then 2% should be used for CSR activity in the yr { Net Profit as per Previous Financial Yr}...You should also refer MCA not dated 22/1/2021 which change the whole scenario of CSR Done by Corporates ,with different terminologies like Annual action Plan , Implementing agency , CSR policy and Framework , Impact Assessment ,Unspent CSR a/c etc...
