I believe there is no law which requires the CS to read out the audit report in the podium at the AGM venue in the AGM.
It can be read out by auditors or else by ant Officer of the Company. Then why is this so.
Can you all discuss.

The auditor responsibility is to prepare audit report and but as per my opinion Cs has the responsibility to conduct Meetings and meeting smust be done a sper law i.e. with in time..etc so CS must take the responsibility to read auditor report
In every public company annual report CS signature is compulsory so he must be aware of the Audit Report. In other cases srinivas intention is correct.
