Respected all , I was registered for CS executive in year 2014 after that I give two to four attempt , now again I want to give my CS executive exam in June 2022 in new course , but problem is that I lost my CS Registrstion number and not able to contact to CS branch plz help me how I can get my CS Registrstion number .
Email Id has been changed which was registered at the time of registration .
