Are u writing Executive or Final.
If Executive then for II Group u can refer a book called "This much only".
It is compressed & simple to understand.

And i want to know is anyone know book for Strategic Management(one of the subjects). Some .....Jain is author of that book. where i can get that. Also guide on Corporate Secretarial Paractice.
