In case, your payment process is not complete due to any reason, the form of enrolment will be locked automatically. To unlock the account, you must check from your bank regarding the success / failure of the payment on the payment gateway. In case of unsuccessful payment, the candidate can write an email to enroll @ icsi.edu with payment ID as is displayed on the screen while making payment, registration number and specifically mentioning in their mail that “The payment has been unsuccessful and it has been verified from the concerned bank”. The subject of such mails should be UNLOCK with full name and payment ID. On receipt of such email, the account for enrolment shall be unlocked within 24 hours and the student can enroll afresh for Examination.

For successful payment, duplicate receipt of the payment can be generated online under the same Link , i.e "My Account"

Members, the above is an extract from the mail that I had received from the Institute. Hope your query is resolved now.

i had been gone thru the above problems, so i m sugesting u guys to just call in the cs institute they will provide u the helpline no. regarding the above issues...

For problem related ot CS Professional Exam enrollment, please forward your problem to enroll @ icsi.edu, definately, your problem will be solved.

I have also face the problem at the time of enrollment, at the time of making payment, my session got expired & when trying again, system not allowed me to enrollment again & my registration no is blocked for enrollment, I have also received the mail from ICSI regarding transaction ID & payment ID but no fees is deducted from my bank account. After that I, mailed to ICSI on abovementioned e-mail id & they unblock my registration number & I have again enrolled myself for examination.

Hey Friends..Thanks to all of you...who had guide me...Atlast i finally filled my exam form...

just call 01204522085  and tell them to unloak your account... and log in after 10 min

after taking the print of the acknowledgement do we have to send it to the institute?

I WOULD LIKE SOME HELP!

I APLLIED FOR ONLINE FILING ON 24TH SEPT.. THE PAYMENT HAD BEEN MADE FROM MY BANK ACC.

BUT THE PAYMENT NO AND USER ID WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE GENERATED DURING PAYMENT PROCESS DINT COME.. THE WEBSITE JUST GOT HANGED...IF IT HAD BEEN GENERATED ATLEAST WE CUD CHECK UPON PAYMENT STATUS!

NOR DID I GET ANY EMAILS FROM INSTITUTE CONFIRMING MY TRANSACTION...

I HAVE MAILED TO THE RESPECTIVE MAIL IDS EXPLAINING MY PROBLEM.

HAVE ANY OF U EXPEREINCED IT? IF SO WAT S THE WAY OUT??
