You can refer to the Institute material which is good and refer to the Bare Act of Corporate laws by Bharat Law house. This books covers bare act for most of the economic, industrial and labour laws. For CS reference to Bare act is very important. You need not refer to any other book other than these two. Of course, before exams (atleast 2 months before exams) start using suggested answers for preparation.
