I had scored 63 in tax in dec 2012 attempt of my cs exec, however i couldnt clear the module. I am filling the exam form online, does anyone know how to apply for exemption for the subject? I cant get any option after " Exemptions Granted"

THERE IS NO OPTION TO CHECK/VIEW EXEMPTION DETAILS IN ONLINE EXAM FORM.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO REMISSION IN PAYMENT OF EXAMINATION FEE.
YOU ARE ADVISED TO SUBMIT EXAMINATION FORM AND REMIT EXAMINATION FEE.
AND IF EXEMPTION IS NOT APPLIED ALREADY SEND A SEPARTE APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION WITH FULL DETAILS .ie. REGISTRATION NUMBER,NAME,ROLL NUMBER WITH SCANNED COPY OF MARKSHEETS exemption @ icsi.edu .ON OR BEFORE THE CLOSING/LAST DATE FOR ENROLLMENT TO JUNE 2013 EXAMINATION .ie.. .9TH APRIL 2013 , FAILING WHICH THE EXEMPTION REQUEST WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED FOR JUNE 2013 EXAMINATION.
Please check your preliminary exemption status at www.icsi.edu after 15th April 2013 & at admit card in the month of May 2013
Note:it is strongly advisable Send a physical copy of exemption application also to
