Cs new training period??(urgent help)

Hello frnds,

   i cleared my executive programme in december 2012..registered in 2009...i want to go for training after my cs final...but some students r saying there is change in training period of cs from 15 months...so..what is the actual period of training in new structure..from when it will be applicable..is it better to join for training now..or after final..please suggest me..im in a big confusion..
