Thanks Sanchit for answer definetely its related to role................basically cs deals with providing legal protection to company..............what the intention of the interviwer was to know what benefit in monetary terms we can provide to the company.............. No got any exact answer  ...............but still i think one can tell.............

1. Providing legal protection

2. efficient corporate governance which ultimately enhances brand image of the company

3. protection from penal procedures
