It is Finance Act 2013 that is applicable for December 2014 Examination.

no finance act 2013 is not applicable. only case laws, notifications, circular etc made till 30th april are applicable.

Sir where are you getting this information from, I have already given the link of ICSI Notification, kindly go through it and comment.
