Reference from study is very important particularly in securities law paper. My suggestion to you is give a reading to study with the help of scanner and suggested answers issued by ICSI. The most imp benefit of this exercise would be :

1. Whole idea about the imp topics of securities law.

2. By the time you get the notes or desired book you'll be in a position to extract more and more from the book.

3. Best utilisation of your time.

Please refer the Student Company Secretary which you are receiving every month at your home from January 2009 onwards for amendments. The study material issued by the institute is enough for CS exams.
